One of the good resources that parents have access to is Protection & Advocacy also known as P&A.  This program advocates for people with disabilities of all ages.  They have advocits and attorney's that will work with individuals or family's to make sure that their rights are being met as best as they can with their mission.  However, they do have priorities which are listed in the documents that are attached.  He can reach then by telephone at (505) 256-3100 or (800) 432-4682.
